Dean Bundschu
- Military and Business Career
Before entering the business world, Dean served eight years as an Infantry Officer in the United States Army, including a combat tour in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. His post-military career began at Orion International, where he assisted hundreds of veterans in transitioning from the military to corporate America.
- Entrepreneurial Achievements
As the Founder and CEO of PrepChamps, Inc., Dean successfully raised $2.2 million in private equity capital. PrepChamps was recognized as the 2007 North Carolina “Fast Trac Tech Company of the Year” and became the second-largest site in the high school sports recruiting space before its acquisition.
In recent years, Dean has played a pivotal role in launching and growing Bunker Labs, a nonprofit dedicated to helping veterans and military spouses start and grow businesses. He founded one of the first six affiliate chapters and expanded the organization to 40 locations nationwide. Most recently, he served as the National Director of Ecosystem Development, building a national network of community partners to support military-connected entrepreneurs.

Dean earned his bachelor’s degree from Ohio Northern University on a full-ride ROTC scholarship, graduating as a Distinguished Military Graduate.
