Amber Frazier-Finkelstein created Battles Insights after living through the disconnect that often hides beneath leadership success—the unspoken weight carried at home, in silence, while professional wins are celebrated in public. She built the Navigator & Anchor Framework not to mirror existing leadership models, but to challenge them—because success at work means little if it comes at the cost of clarity, connection, or trust at home.

After years of running businesses, supporting her husband through the rise and fall of his own company, raising children with a 12-year age gap, and experiencing what it means to lead and be relied on—Amber saw a pattern: the invisible roles people step into without realizing it. She built this work for the Navigators pushing forward and the Anchors holding everything together, often without recognition or pause
